3.3 KYC Verification

5.2 Wagering Limits While a Bonus Is Active
While a bonus is active in your account, the maximum wager per round or bet is RM 20 or 10% of the bonus value, whichever is lower. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated wins.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
LuckyBet uses advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets, or any strategy designed to exploit bonus terms. Any confirmed abuse will result in bonus cancellation, account suspension, and forfeiture of associated winnings.
Claimed bonuses may not be transferred, directly converted to cash, or used for any purpose other than playing eligible games as specified in the applicable bonus terms.
6. Game Rules

- Sports Betting: All odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Confirmed bets are final except in the case of an official match cancellation.
- Progressive Jackpot: Progressive jackpot wins will be verified and paid out within 5 business days upon successful confirmation.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the LuckyBet platform and may result in immediate disciplinary action:
- Registering or using multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or obtain duplicate bonuses
- Using automation software, bots, or third-party tools to play or exploit the system
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes
- Uploading false or fraudulent identity documents during the KYC process
- Conducting financial transactions related to illegal activities or money laundering
- Using a payment method that does not belong to you
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform
- Spreading false information or unfairly damaging the reputation of luckybet
8. Account Suspension & Closure
LuckyBet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to breaches of these Terms and Conditions, confirmed fraud, or suspicious activity.
